THE MP for Torridge and Tavistock has confirmed that he will be touring his constituency across this summer holding surgeries.

Sir Geoffrey Cox has already visited a number of locations within his area, where residents raised concerns about the proposed withdrawal of fire service provided co-responders service as well as alterations to bus services.

Sir Cox said: “My summer surgeries are vital to my role as a Member of Parliament. They offer valuable insight into the views and experiences of constituents, often on sensitive or uniquely local issues.

“This week marks the conclusion of the first of several weeks of drop-in surgeries all around the constituency this summer. More times and locations will be announced shortly, and I look forward to welcoming many more residents to them!”
