Pupils at Marhamchurch C of E Academy got into the Christmas spirit with their whole-school production of A Christmas Story.
Featuring a range of elaborate costumes and lively performances, the show delighted pupils and families alike.
The children also spread festive cheer to local residents during a special coffee morning at The Bray, singing traditional carols and sharing the joy of the season.
Adding a creative twist to the festivities, Year 6 pupils ran their business enterprise project, Self Made Creations, crafting beautiful Christmas tree decorations and light-up bottles to raise money for both the school and local charities. These were sold at the School Office and Marhamchurch Village Shop, attracting strong support from the local community.
Deirdre Petersen, headteacher at Marhamchurch C of E Academy, said: “It’s been brilliant to see our pupils bring the Christmas spirit to life with music, dance and creativity shared with the whole community.”
Tracey Cleverly, CEO of Learning Academy Partnership, said: “It’s wonderful to see the creativity and enthusiasm of Marhamchurch pupils shining through. Their efforts highlight the warmth and energy of our schools.”
