Launceston residents will soon have even more options to feast upon as the town's Barnecutt's prepares for renovations.

The Cornish bakers located on the High Street, is preparing to close for three weeks to allow for an 'exciting and extensive refurbishment' the company has announced.

Between October 28 and November 18, residents will have to look elsewhere for their lunchtime treats, as the site will be closed to allow for works to get underway.

Included in this refurbishment is a "fresh deli" which will provide an "array of delicious salads" for customers to enjoy.

A spokesperson for the company said: "The Launceston shop will close at 3pm no Saturday October 28 and reopen at our new opening time of 7.30am on Monday, November 20."
