THE annual Launceston Road Runners (LRR) ‘Treggy 7’ road race took place on Sunday, and was a huge success.

Nearly 450 runners turned up — a far higher turn out than in recent years, with nearly 30 LRR members competing.

The Treggy 7 is a popular race starting in Launceston town Square and taking a scenic route out to Tregadillet before returning to town to finish on the Castle Green.

LRR would like to thank all the sponsors for all their support for the 2016 race and are already looking forward to planning next year’s event.
