2013 saw a great many special moments for teams and individuals across the Post area. This week, we look back at some of those achievements and highlight the exceptional talents at the region's disposal. Here's wishing all readers another successful year in 2014.

LAST season's cup competition was a round robin with only five teams participating. Kilkhampton had a great start, beating Mullion 2-1 away and St Teath 1-0 at home before defeating league champions St Breward 2-0. With Kilkhampton and St Breward on the same points, the former travelled to Penzance knowing a draw would see them win the cup.
