BUDE Town are looking for a new goalkeeper following Ty Rowe’s decision to join Western League Premier Division side Torpoint Athletic.

The young shot stopper made his debut for the Point on Saturday in their opening pre-season friendly against Plymouth Parkway.

A statement from the Seasiders on social media said: “Ty has been top class since he joined The Seasiders, showing real commitment in every department.

“He has put in some superb performances along the way and as a club, we can never stand between a young footballer with aspirations to play at a higher standard. He leaves us with our very best wishes.

“We are proud to have had a player get noticed on merit and step up the football ladder.

“As a result, we have a position to fill for our new number one. If any goalkeepers out there are looking for a new challenge or they are ready and able to jump into Step 6 football, please send us a confidential direct message.”
