FORMER Milton Damerel man Paul Piper, now of Feltham, has completed the Chicago Marathon on October 13 in under three hours.
Paul ran the marathon raising money for leukaemia and lymphoma research in memory of his mum Kathleen Mary Piper, who died of Leukaemia in 2000.
Paul was one of around two million people lined up for the city run, and raised over £1,000.
He said: "I'm a bit sore, but still chuffed. It was a great weekend with amazing atmosphere with perfect weather conditions."
