PLANNING permission has been approved for the development of 'eco-cottages' at Widemouth Bay, Bude, with work planned to commence in spring

Exeter-based property developer, Grenadier Estates, will be building on the site of the redundant holiday complex Atlantic View Bungalows. The £3 million development will feature six three-bedroom beach holiday cottages.

The unique scheme was developed with professional consultation from Bell Cornwell Chartered Town Planners, and designed by Cornwall-based architects, The Bazeley Partnership.
