THE Launceston and District branch of Cats Protection recently held its second mega tabletop and clothing sale at Lifton.

Despite appalling weather, this was very well attended. A number of tables were available for hire and the remainder of the room held a large selection of new and nearly new good quality clothing, plus a selection of accessories.

There was also a variety of stalls with other goods for sale, including half-price Christmas cards from previous years.

The event raised in excess of £401, a sum the branch is delighted with. Thanks have been extended to all involved for their support and help.
