LAUNCESTON estate agent Webbers has again scooped a major award at the company's summer sales conference held at the High Bullen Hotel in north Devon.

The Launceston team has retained the sales achievement award which, recognises the efficiency of the team and the number of residential property transactions the branch has generated over a 12-month period.

Branch manager Andrew Simpson said: "We are absolutely thrilled to retain this accolade. As a team we work hard for our clients and continue to grow our business which is one of the most successful in the group; our office has also built a residential lettings business from scratch which has seen 80% growth in the last 12 months".

Managing director Malcolm Prescott said: "This award is highly deserved by the Launceston team, not only do they produce consistent outstanding results but their dynamic approach, led by Andrew, is admirable.

"Only two of our branches have ever successfully defended this award and I am very proud of what they all do, after all, customer care is everything and the high standards that the Launceston team have set are one of the key factors to any successful, enduring business".
