HUNDREDS of people packed Holsworthy Square on Saturday for the town's Christmas lights switch-on event.

The event was organised by Holsworthy Town Council and led by Cllr Jon Hutchings.

Mindful of costs, the event showcased some excellent musical talent and received sponsorship from Mole Valley Farmers, Swinton Insurance Drew Construction and Holsworthy Town Council itself.
