THE owners of Cedar Croft Nurseries in St Tudy aren’t letting the recent fire dampened their holiday spirit.
Pumpkins and Christmas trees will be made available and the team have expressed their thanks to all those who have supported them at this difficult time.
The owners said: “Thank you so much for all your good wishes, it has kept my family and I going. What a way for my mum to celebrate her 90th birthday- but she is pragmatic and helping out.
“Thanks to all the professional contractors involved, the site will be safe and fenced off by the end of the week.”
Home-grown pumpkins of all shapes and sizes will be available on October 23 from 10am to 4pm. They will be selling from the greenhouse and their daughter Ruby (aged 12 years ) will be also be helping out.
They added: “Support has been huge — so first come first served. Lots of parking.”
With that time of year looming, people can also come and reserve their Christmas trees. Trees are available with a greater number than ever before all in fabulous condition.
The family concluded: “Whilst we cannot replace the shop we will be arranging a “pop up version” and will let you know more about this after Halloween.”
