THE PREMISES located between The Carriers Inn and The Strand Hotel in Bude is to become a pizzeria if Cornwall Council grants planning permission.

The Countryside Access Team was consulted in respect to the affect the application may have on the Rights of Way network, and in response had no objections to the proposal.

But they did point out that the plans must adhere to the approved drawings to ensure that the public rights of way are open at all times and members of the public are not inconvenienced in their use of where development work has taken place.

Bude-Stratton Town Council saw no reason to object to the proposed plans at its planning committee meeting on Thursday as long as they comply with the Countryside Access Team's comments.
