Speaking at the Welcombe and Meddon Women's Institute in May left Studio Southwest's photographer Bob Willingham with more than good company, a cup of tea and a slice of homemade cake. After hearing talks on his travels around the world and running his

photographic studio in Bude, Lesley Wall, secretary, said: "We enjoyed the fascinating talk and beautiful photographs, the local images being of particular interest." Bob was really in a 'jam' at the end of the evening when asked to judge the members' photographic competition, but escaped without incident. As a thank you for his guest appearance at their monthly meeting the members presented him with jars of prize winning runner bean chutney. Unlike Bob's photographic tales the recipe was kept a secret!
