AN UPDATE was given at last Thursday’s Bude-Stratton Town Council planning committee, regarding the plans for 22 Flexbury Park Road, as reported recently in the Post.

Committee clerk, Tracey Gliddon, said she had spoken with the planning officer the previous day as the proposal is being sent to strategic planning. Mayor, Cllr Lea Deely, has been asked to speak about the plans in Bodmin.

Cllr Deely said: “It contains four flats, and still overlooks everything. If it’s bad now, it could get worse. With more dwellings going up, there is an increasing amount of traffic in Bude all the time.”
