ON Sunday David Green of Launceston finished his (lucky) 13th full marathon when he tried the tarmac in Fort Worth, Texas. It was not a personal best for David but he still braved the Texas sun and made it round in 5 hours and 11 minutes. His next venture? Well, providing that he survives the Bideford Half Marathon he will try and complete the 'National Marathon' in Washington DC as a warm-up to the Virgin London Marathon in April.
