A LAUNCESTON lady has been left 'disappointed and angry' after using the Launceston Tesco car wash service.

Jamie Duckworth, who has two young children and is a loyal customer of Tesco, took her car to be washed at the beginning of March and the last thing she expected was for it to become damaged.

She told the 'Post' that she took the car in to be washed one morning and after using it, was horrified to find scratches on the paintwork of both of the rear doors.

Jamie said: "Both panels on the back doors have large round circular scratches because, for whatever reason, the wheel brushes did not align correctly."
