A LAUNCESTON lady has written and published a book on the life and times of her beloved dog, Barley.
Marion Gavin, who is formerly from West Sussex, worked as a sheltered housing scheme manager and Barley, a Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, joined the family at six-weeks-old.
The story 'The Adventures of Barley Mo,' is about Barley's life and time he spent with residents, places he visited, people he met and the impact it had on people and also how he changed the lives of older people living in sheltered housing.
