THE popular Deli Launceston Ltd may be closing its doors but its delicious recipes will leave a lasting legacy.

Thanks to the great idea and generosity of owner Shelley Alexander a selection of the best loved recipes are being raffled off to help raise much needed funds for Children's Hospice South West.

Shelley, who has taken the decision to enjoy more time at home, still cooking but for her young family, said: "After three years of having the privilege of serving Launceston, the Deli Launceston Ltd is closing. We have truly had a wonderful time, meeting so many lovely people and making what I hope are life-long friends.
