ON TUESDAY North Cornwall District Council's Planning and Development Committee will once again consider Tesco's plans to extend their store at Tavistock Road, Launceston. Following a site visit in November, the committee discussed the application, which seeks permission to expand the retail store and car park, as well as alterations and ancillary works, at their December meeting.
