A 76-year-old Teignbridge pensioner told this week of her harrowing experience during the Nepal earthquake.
Nora Arscott – nicknamed Nora the Explorer by her family – survived four days in the earthquake zone as aftershocks rocked Kathmandu.
Now home, she described how she lived virtually on rations until she was able to get to the airport.
