FOUR work colleagues have completed the National Three Peaks Challenge, raising money for the Children's Hospice South West. The 25-mile challenge involves scaling the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales — an ascent in excess of 10,000ft — within 24 hours. The four colleagues from property and asset consultants ES Group's Exeter office, which includes Gary Hooper from Launceston, completed the challenge in 23 hours and seven minutes. The team has already raised more than £1,900 and hopes to raise more for the charity. For the full report, and a round up of the area news and sport, see this week's edition of the Post.
