COLLEAGUES at Launceston Tesco store raised £885 for Diabetes UK through festive fundraising activities.
They cycled 85 kilometres in-store to 'Race to the North Pole' to raise the funds. They added to the Christmas spirit by wearing festive jumpers and holding colleague raffles and cake sales to raise money for Diabetes UK, their national charity partner.
Members of Launceston Lions Club and Launceston Rotary Club helped with the collection and the exercise bike was lent by Mark Quick from Activ8 Gym in Launceston.
