TO organise the cuts in funding for the police is in itself an act of criminal insanity.

To try to justify these by saying that crimes are actually being reduced is because the general public believes that the police will, in fact, do nothing anyway, so that these reported figures are a lie.

The real criminals are those who organise these drastic, anti-social cuts. It is they, in fact, who should be prosecuted and then a sane government might control us.
