MEMBERS of Holsworthy Army Cadet Force are back training following a year’s shutdown due to the pandemic.

The cadets enjoyed an evening of drill and physical achievement activities, and during final parade, two promotions were made.

LCpl Lydia Girdler was promoted to Cpl and Cadet Malachi Challis to LCpl.

Detachment commander Lt Jim Harvey said: “Both have demonstrated commitment and a willingness to come forward to help train their peers and participate in all our activities.”
