A LAUNCESTON business was recognised at the recent Cornwall Business Awards ceremony.

Cornish businesses turned out to accept awards in front of 350 local business leaders at a glittering event hosted at St Mellion International Resort, where England rugby hero, Matt Dawson, was the guest speaker.

Headforwards, the Redruth-based software company, were named Winner of Winners.

Manufacturer of the Year went to KCS Print from Launceston.

Now in their twelfth year, the Cornwall Business Awards have become established as the most high-profile business awards scheme in the county.

Mike King, managing director of Cornwall Development Company, said: “The quality of entries was a testament to the outstanding breadth and depth of Cornwall’s economy.”
