THE Bude and District U3A annual general meeting was held at the Parkhouse Centre on Thursday, October 20, where the outgoing chairman, Fenella Wojnarowska, presented the U3A bell to Lynn Biggs, the new chair for the coming year.

It was a very lively AGM with a musical entertainment by two of the members, which, everyone in the room enjoyed.

The next meeting is on Thursday, November 17, again at the Parkhouse Centre, where Terry Faull will give a talk on Holy Wells.

A coffee morning has also been scheduled to take place at The Weir on Friday, November 4 from 10.30am to midday where new prospective members can meet some of the committee.
