THE Stoke Climsland Sports and Social Club has unveiled a bright new look for its members, thanks to a generous paint donation from the Dulux Let's Colour Project.

Originally established by The Duchy as a meeting place for local farm workers, it became a facility for the whole parish almost 60 years ago.

Managed and run entirely by volunteers, the club has a sports field and a pavilion as well as a clubhouse, meaning maintenance budgets are stretched.

With the interior of the building decorated several years ago, the club's volunteers were keen to bring the facility up to scratch for its 200 members by giving it a makeover and brightening up its image.

During November, volunteers rolled up their sleeves to bring the clubhouse back to life, using paints donated by Dulux Decorator Centres in Plymouth.
