THIRTY-SIX runners from Bude, Holsworthy and the surrounding areas representing Bude RATS travelled over to Bideford for the town's 10k race recently.
The race starts on the town's quayside, heading out to Instow where the runners then join the Tarka trail for the run back to Bideford's riverfront.
The race has become a annual event for the RATS and a place of success for the club in the past, with this year proving no exception.
There was a category win for Leila Ray, whilst both Annie Finding and Jasmine Finney took second place in their respective fields for the ladies.
A club spokesperson said: "Jasmine was second lady home out of the entire field of runners; results like these prove the club once again punches above its weight!"
Mark Hutcheson also secured third in his class for the men.
