Fishguard and Goodwick 106 pts.
Pembroke Dock Quins 16
The Quins went down to their heaviest defeat of the season against the league champions on a bright sunny day in front of a crowd which exceeded 200.
Pembroke Dock, as they had done in the corresponding fixture way back in September, took the lead with a well-struck penalty by centre Danny Woods, but from there on in the floodgates opened.
The Seagulls hit back with three tries in the space of five minutes through scrum-half Rhys Williams, fullback Gareth Adamson and flanker Chris Shousha, all of which were converted by centre Sam Kurtz.
On 15 minutes, the Quins hit back with a fine 35-yard penalty from Danny Woods, to pull the score back to 21-6.
But the Seagulls were in no mood to relax and ran in another seven tries before the interval, from hooker Gavin Walsh (2), number eight Simon Jones, Kurtz (2), centre Mike Jenkins and Shousha, five of which were converted by Kurtz.
The second half proved not much better for the visitors, as substitutes Owain Morgans and Rhodri Morgans, along with flanker Mark George and winger Ed Bendall all crossed the Quins line, with Kurtz converting the first three and the latter by Bendall.
With the score now 94-6, the Quins did manage two unconverted tries from second row Josh White and by their excellent flanker Mike Davis, before the Seagulls second row Rhys Lewis added his side's 15th try which again was converted by Kurtz to bring the score to the dreaded three figures for the Quins.
With the last move of the match, Shousha grabbed his third try of the match which went unconverted.
