BOSCASTLE and Crackington Gig Club is excited to announce that it has been awarded grant funding from Sport England's Sportivate program to start a junior sector of the club.
This grant gives the club the exciting opportunity to build on the Olympic legacy by encouraging a new generation of members.
"Although we normally row on the open sea from Boscastle and Port Gaverne," said member Phoebe Millar, "We will be starting the juniors at Tamar Lakes, with fully coached sessions led by a British Rowing trained coach to teach rowing from beginner level."
