HOLSWORTHY Golf Club's Captain's Day was held to great success once again recently.

The event was hosted by club captain Andrew Cobner and lady captain Sylvia Caunter, ably assisted by the vets captain Jeff Paul.

One hundred competitors enjoyed this annual stableford competition, played in sunshine that was interrupted by heavy showers. Both competitors and the course coped well, despite the downpours.
