SET up in September 2013 by a few friends as a social cycling collective, the Holsworthy Peloton has grown into a thriving group that boasts over 60 members on its Facebook page. It is predominately focused on road cycling, and members meet at 9am every Sunday morning, in addition to midweek gatherings throughout the summer months. They have also recently received new cycling shirts, designed by members of the group and sponsored by local business Piper Architecture. They hope to progress from a social cycling group into a more formal club that is affiliated to British Cycling.
