BOSCASTLE and Crackington Gig Club Chairman Jim Connelly-Webster has praised the efforts of all members after their most successful competition result in several years. The Port Isaac Regatta took place in near perfect conditions at Port Gaverne, with the Boscastle club entering teams in all categories of a contest, including the juniors, for the first time. The teams put in a tremendous amount of effort and displayed excellent rowing skills to obtain some well-deserved finishes on a tough day under the sunshine.
