THE annual Les Cory memorial match was played at Delabole Football Club recently, in honour of the former president who died in January last year.

Les had been involved with the club since the 1950s, and it was decided last year that an annual match would be held from there on in his honour between a side comprising players in the current squad and a group of veterans.
