A Herefordshire-based Kart Racing team, Lucky Break, had a fantastic result when they tried their luck in the Le Manx European 24-Hour Championship Trophy on the Isle of Man.

The drivers: Caity Robinson, Will Jones, Stu Smith, who is from the Ross-on-Wye area, Mike Kenworthy and Justas Kriunas are all members of the Lucky Break Kart Racing Team. They took it in turns to drive in 90-minute stints. Although the race was packed full of incidents, the team had some luck in the Honda GX 160 Class.

Will Jones started the race at 12pm on Saturday in lovely sunshine and for one and a half hours, he drove with great consistency.

Mike, Justas, Stu and Caity followed, all driving within a second of each other so keeping the laps rolling on.
