LAUNCESTON and North Cornwall Motor Club recently held their Launceston Trial at Eastcott and Lew Woods by kind permission of Mr Newman.

There were 48 entries in total — seven combinations, 20 bikes and 21 cars. After a challenging day of over 20 sections, which all the competitors enjoyed, the scores were totalled up with the winners of each class being Graham Keat (bike — dropping 0 marks), Alan Keat (combination — dropping six marks) and Andrew Rippon (car — dropping six marks).

A club spokesperson said: “A huge thanks to all competitors, marshals and committee for making the 2019 event successful.”

The club’s next event — The Northgate Sporting Trial ASWMC Round — takes place this Sunday at Ashleigh Farm, Lifton by kind permission of Mr P Webber.
