THE Cornwall Cricket League season is now into the final few weeks of the season with plenty to play for right across the divisions.

Inside this week’s Post Series there’s a comprehensive round-up from County Division One down to Division Six East while in the ECB Cornwall Premier League there are match reports from both Callington and Werrington plus comments from Tron skipper Nick Lawson as the battle for survival heats up.

Football wise, the South West Peninsula League season is in full swing across both divisions.

Holsworthy are the sole Post area side in Premier East while Bude Town, Launceston and Camelford all compete in Premier West. Inside are match reports and reaction from their fixtures.

There’s also Dave Potham’s round-up from the start of the St Piran League East season and his report on North Petherwin’s opening day win in the East Cornwall Premier League.

We also hear from Cornish All Blacks joint head coach Ian Goldsmith following their pre-season clash at St Austell last Thursday night while there’s also the latest from Bude and Dunheved bowling clubs including Dunheved’s annual ‘Eddie’s Day’.
