DUCHY Premier leaders Gunnislake comfortably came through the Duchy Knockout Cup group game beating Foxhole Reserves 9-1 and are in total charge of Group C.
The hosts led by just one goal and found their opponents hard to break down. The second goal opened the floodgates as they strolled to the win. Jarryd Kelly and Liam Bryant hit a hat-trick apiece. The hosts other goals came from Jan Humphrey, Bradley Farnham and an own goal.
Ralph Finnimore opened the scoring for Lifton at Pensilva and also scored the final goal of the game, but in between Pensilva hit six. Alex Caers helped himself to a hat-trick with Jacob England adding a brace and Liam Donaghy also on target.
Phil Burgoyne hit a hat-trick as Stoke Climsland beat Gorran 5-1 to go well clear in Group E. New signing Mike Thackeray and Josh Pope added further goals for the hosts.
Boscastle and Lanivet Inn shared 12 goals at Forrabury Park in Group B. The home scorers were James Bosley with a brace, Martin Heal, Sam Haddy, Olly Edwards and substitute Tyler West.
Matt Pascoe scored a brace as Dobwalls Reserves won 2-1 away to St Minver Reserves in Group F. Sam Gough scored the hosts goal from the penalty spot.
In the Shoe Boy League Cup group stages Week St Mary beat St Columb Major 3-1. Major missed some early chances and paid the penalty. Aled Thomas scored a brace with Jake Cartwright hitting the other home goal. Adam Williams scored the visitors reply.
In Group E, Delabole United were 5-1 winners at North Hill. Glen Burrell hit a brace with the other Delabole goals coming from Dan Mountain, Mike Titchin and Davey Tilley. North Hill’s reply came from Ben Davis.
Mada Bin Los scored four times as North Petherwin Reserves beat St Mawgan Reserves 5-3. Adam Daw was the other home scorer, with Jon Kappes putting through his own goal for one of the visitors replies.
Bude Town Reserves won 6-3 at Biscovey and are well clear in Group B. The Bude goals were shared between Adam Smith, Scott Percy, Steve Hackett, Ryan Leverton, Lewis Hopgood and David Hales.
There were also three league games across the divisions.
St Breward maintained their 100% start in the Premier Division after a hard fought 3-2 win over Tintagel. Adam Bennett, Martin Jago and Jamie Henderson scored for St Breward with Harry Page and Martyn Cockcroft replying for Tintagel.
Lifton Reserves are up to third in Division Two after their 3-0 defeat of their Boscastle counterparts. Liam Rich, Luke Rich and Chris Prettyjohn were the scorers.
