JACK Biddick, Isaac Parnell and Elliott Haxell all notched braces as Southgate’s recent good form continued with a 6-1 victory over Chaddlewood.

Another great start aligned with some clinical finishing which saw them 5-0 up at the interval and the game was essentially over.

In the second period, unsurprisingly the tempo dropped and Chaddlewood pulled one back and missed a penalty. But Southgate notched their sixth to finish the match.

DESPITE scoring after just 48 seconds through Elliot Haxell, the Colts found Activate a hard nut to crack after missing several chances in the first-half and going into the interval with a splendour lead.

Activate levelled halfway through the second period to ask a question of Andy Crocombe’s side, but he need not have been worried as two goals from Jack Biddick and one from Chennai Burns wrapped up the points before the visitors scored a late consolation goal to make the trip home slightly better.
