THE top two in the Premier Division met at Par Track with leaders St Minver easing to a 6-0 win.
Biscovey started brightly with Alex Woodcock just missing an early chance. Corey Cleave gave St Minver the lead from the penalty spot. Andy Seymour flicked on a corner deceiving the Biscovey keeper and a defender for the second after thirty-five minutes.
After the restart Ted Meagor shot across the keeper for the third Woodcock had again come close, but the third goal finished the home defiance. Seymour hit a fine free kick goal for the visitors fourth. Ryan Pooley scored the fifth with a cross come shot that flew over the keeper and Seymour completed his hat trick with the sixth.
North Petherwin had a superb 6-1 home win over St Stephen. The home scorers were Dan Warring, Adam Smith, Josh Sanders, Jake Rich, Joe Reeve and an own goal. Scott Hill scored the consolation for a shell-shocked St Stephen side.
In Division One, Sticker had a comfortable 6-0 win over Altarnun. After an eight-week break Sticker were quick out of the blocks and took the lead inside five minutes courtesy of Sam Fogarty.
The home side kept on the pressure and by half time further goals from Ashley Koppelow and Gus Angilley made it 3-0. The second half followed a similar pattern with Sticker pushing forward at every opportunity but with Altarnun dangerous on the break. A header from Adam Cleaves and clinical finishes by Chris Kilbey and Jack Boardman completed a competent win for Sticker.
Veryan failed to win for the first time this season when held goalless at Tintagel in Division Two. Going into the game with seven straight league wins free scoring Veryan were held in an evenly fought game in very windy conditions. It could have been even worse as Tintagel’s Adam Price was one on one with the keeper in the last minute but was denied a goal.
St Breward beat Calstock 5-0. Martin Jago scored a first half hat trick. Scott Burke scored after the restart with Dan Walsh completing the scoring.
North Hill were 2-0 winners at Stoke Climsland. Chris Rockell and Jason Ridgment scored the goals.
Lifton beat St Cleer 6-2 with Lee Robinson scoring a brace. Cameron Heard, Anthony Coles, Leon Fowler and Cody Wilson completed the home scoring.
The Dragon Centre pitch was again ruled out so Lanivet Inn reversed their fixture with Delabole United in Division Three.
Lanivet, eager to catch up on fixtures, were rewarded with a 4-3 win. Dave Jefferies hit a brace with Chris Jennings and Shane Looker getting their other goals. Delabole replied with a Jordan Blanchard brace and a Glen Burrell goal.
St Minver reserves beat High Street 4-1. Lewis Knowlden, Mike Green, Luke Henderson and Chris Simmons for St Minver with Stuart Kesson-Smith getting the High Street consolation.
Wadebridge Town are now six points adrift at the bottom of Duchy Five after losing 3-1 at home to their nearest competitors Lostwithiel reserves.
Paul Dingle scored for Wadebridge with goals from Jamie Facey, Andy Honey and a Sam Greenaway own goal giving the visitors the spoils.
