BRADWORTHY Youth Football Club have just finished their first season as a newly reformed club with an under 12s team playing in the North Devon Youth League.

The club have been well supported by the local village and received funding from Bradworthy Parish Council and the East Youlstone Wind Turbine fund, which was used for training equipment and initial set up costs.

The team are sponsored by Wicketts4Wheels for the kit, Bradworthy Inn have sponsored tracksuits and Holsworthy HealthCare chipped in for rain jackets.

For the 2016/17 season the club are hoping to develop an under 9s team and are looking for players that are starting school in September at years three and four.
