RYDER Cup fever hit Bude & North Cornwall Golf Club last weekend for the tenth successive year, in memory of former PGA Captain and club professional John Yeo who started the event with his good friend George Ward back in 2004.

John's son Mark Yeo (left), now the club professional, led the European team with club captain Charles Jenkins (right) leading the USA team.

Ninety six players were paired in to two teams for a better ball tournament with the best score of each four ball giving their team a point.
