STRATTON United picked up their second trophy in as many weeks on Thursday night, having overcome league rivals Morwenstow in the Hutchings Cup Final at Bude 2-1.
Morwenstow looked dangerous in the first half with the wind behind them, and Sam Hockin put the greens ahead when he came out on top in a race to the ball with United keeper Matt Tape.
For all their chances Morwenstow couldn't add to their tally before half time, which meant Stratton kicked off the second half confident they could make better use of the advantageous conditions.
