THANKS?were given to all who contribute to the ongoing success at Upper Tamar Lake Sailing Club during the group's recent awards evening.

Throughout the sailing season — March to November — the club holds races on Sundays — and in summer, Wednesdays — enabling competitors to win an assortment of cups and trophies.

Presentations to the winners, runners-up and third place finishers were presented at The Weir, giving everyone a chance to go home with an award.

Commodore Roger Heasman thanked Nicky Buckett for all of her hard work in organising such a well attended club Christmas dinner, and everyone at The Weir for providing such an excellent evening.
