The weather was glorious for Looe Golf Club's annual Mixed Open Greensomes, sponsored by John and Martin Nicholls of WBM Groundworks Ltd.

The overall winners, receiving the Marquand Tray, were Looe members John Kinver and Claris Barriball (pictured) with 43 points, two points clear of Kath Allen from Perranporth and Andy Allen (Looe) with 41.

John and Claris also won the Roy Barriball Trophy, given to the leading pair from Looe. Everyone was particularly pleased as the trophy was given a few years ago by Claris in memory of Roy.
