ON Divine Mercy Sunday, April 3, Bishop Mark O’Toole from Plymouth confirmed 11 young parishioners at the 10am Mass at St Cuthbert Mayne, Launceston.

Four of these are regular altar servers. The Mass was a joyful and splendid celebration.

So many people turned up that Fr David Annear, the Parish Priest, had to say an extra Mass at noon for the ‘overflow’.

The celebration continued in the parish hall where plenty of eats, including a lavish commemorative cake, quickly disappeared.
