MEMBERS of Camelford Young Farmers' Club have raised more than £850 for Cornwall Air Ambulance by taking part in a 26-mile sponsored walk.
They set off from Davidstow aerodrome for the walk last November and began the first leg of their journey to Hendra Farm, where the club's vice-president, Caroline Yeo, was waiting with much appreciated hot beverages and somewhere dry and warm for the club to have dinner.
The journey continued across the commons to The Old Inn at St Breward for tea and a few games organised by club leaders.
Members then stayed the night in St Breward Village Hall before the final part of the walk to Fourwinds, Blisland.
