Following this morning’s incident at Co-op in Newport, Launceston, police have confirmed the B3254 at Yeolmbridge is currently closed following the discovery of the van invovled.
The incident happened at a Co-op store on Newport Industrial Estate at around 2am on Thursday, October 20.
The suspected van involved, which had false number plates, was later located near Yeolmbridge. The area was closed as it was believed the van potentially contained small gas cannisters.

“Officers have attended the area as part of enquiries for an ongoing investigation.
