LAUNCESTON has celebrated its 'paint the town yellow week' with Launceston Loyalty Card.

There was a cold wind on the morning of Saturday in the town centre but as the monthly market got under way things soon warmed up helped by hot drinks and tasty snacks served in the square by Fontanella Café.

The Loyalty Card volunteers decorated a market stall in the yellow theme with bouquets donated by Donna Flowers of Westgate Street and Flower Scene of Church Street.
